Why register your card?

By registering your details with us, we can keep you up-to-date with special offers and rewards from the Esquires FairShare™ programme. You will also be able to participate in special promotions and prize draws that only registered members will be eligible to enter.

Once you've topped up your card either in-store or online just click here, to enter your card's unique 16 digit number (the first 6 numbers are pre-entered for you) and enter your 4 digit code (from the back of your card), then complete a few details. We'll automatically load enough loyalty dollars onto your card for a Tall hot drink, which you can enjoy at any participating store!***

Here's another great reason to register your card. If your card details are registered with us and your card gets lost or misplaced then we can help - simply report your lost card to us and we can immediately stop the card from being used. We'll then issue you a replacement card with the Prepay and Loyalty balances transferred from your missing card.

*** Complimentary hot drink offered is our "Tall" size and must be a standard hot beverage from the menu board. Your FairShare™ card must have been topped up either in-store or online and must have a credit Prepay balance in order to receive the registration bonus loyalty dollars.

Report Lost Card

If you've registered your card details with us then we can help. Simply click here to email and tell us the name, email address, and phone number that you registered with us and we'll stop your card from being used.

We'll then contact you for confirmation, and once you confirm, we'll permanently cancel your old card and activate a replacement card with the remaining Prepay and Loyalty balances transferred from your old card. Then we'll email you at your registered email address to arrange delivery of your new card to you.

Please note that replacing lost card balances is at our sole discretion, and that we cannot take responsibility for any misuse of your card.

Unfortunately if you have not registered your card and details with us, then we are not able to track your card and we cannot cancel your old card or transfer any balances to a new card - so make sure you register your card today!
